Reservation terms
Version 2. These terms cover the reservation of your new website build with Hall & Vine (an operating name of NorBot Systems Inc.). Please read them in full before you reserve.
What you are reserving
You are placing a card on file to reserve your build. You are not charged today. Your card is charged one time — the one-time build fee of $1,995 (USD for US venues, CAD for Canadian venues) — only on the day your new site goes live, and only after you have said go. If you cancel before go-live, you owe nothing.
What the build includes
- Up to seven core pages (home, weddings/events, spaces, gallery, packages/investment, contact,
and one supporting page such as FAQ or location).
- Your photo gallery, laid out and optimized.
- Your packages presented as an editorial pricing menu, or an investment-guide capture if you
prefer to keep figures private.
- Your floor plan or capacity specifications where you provide them.
- A qualifying inquiry form wired to reach you directly.
- Mobile-responsive layout and standard on-page SEO basics.
- Going live on your own domain, including the DNS concierge (we point your domain for you; you
never transfer or lose it).
- One round of revisions before go-live.
What the build does not include
- Ongoing content changes after go-live (these are covered by the care plan below, within its
revision cap, or quoted as change-orders).
- New photography, videography, copywriting beyond your supplied content, logo design, or brand
identity work.
- Third-party software, paid plugins, booking or CRM systems, or their subscription fees.
- E-commerce, ticketing, or online-payment functionality.
- Search-engine advertising, paid media, or guaranteed rankings or booking outcomes.
Our guarantees
See it first. Your new site is already built. You're the judge — if you don't say go, you pay nothing. If it is not clearly better than your current site, side by side, don't say go: there is no charge until it is live.
Live in seven days, or that build is free. The seven-day clock starts when all three of these are in hand: (1) your content and any assets you are supplying, (2) access to point your domain, and (3) your written approval to proceed. If we miss seven days from that point, the build fee is waived.
The care plan (optional, and its own consent)
The care plan is $149 per month and covers hosting, security, monitoring, small edits within a stated monthly cap, and a seasonal gallery refresh. It begins on the day your site goes live and renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel any time, online, effective at the end of the current billing month. If you prefer not to take the care plan, a $49 per month hosting-only option keeps your site online. Enrolling in the care plan is a separate choice you make with its own checkbox at reservation; you are never enrolled without that separate consent.
Refunds
- Before go-live: you are simply never charged, so there is nothing to refund.
- After go-live: the one-time build fee is non-refundable, because you receive and keep the
finished website (you own the domain and can export the site).
- The care plan is cancelable any time, online; there are no long-term commitments.
Ownership
You own your domain and your content, and the finished site can be exported to you. There is no lock-in: the care plan is a service you choose to keep, not a condition of owning your site.
Photographs
Your build uses only images already published on your own public website or your own social pages. At go-live you confirm you have the rights to the production photographs used, and photographer credits are preserved where provided.
